Thank you very much for enquiring about opening a wholesale account with us.  Here is some initial information about who

we are, how we work and more importantly, our bakes!

If you have any further questions or would like to become a stockist, please email wholesale@clemievegancake.com and someone will be more than happy to help you.

Who are we?

Clemie’s Vegan Cakes began in 2016 after Clemie visited Sneinton Vegan Market for the first time and had the crazy idea to make a few cupcakes to sell there for fun on weekends.  Over the last few years the business has grown organically and we now have our own bakery and shop in Hucknall.  We are a tiny team of just four people, but this hasn’t stopped us from baking madly to send our treats all over the UK via our online shop, as well as providing bakes to around twenty other local businesses across the midlands.

We are a fully registered and insured company with a five star food hygiene rating.

What can we bake for you?

We have a large wholesale menu available for you to choose from featuring large cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies and lots more!  We update our menu around four times a year with new flavours and bakes, as well as providing special themed items for Christmas, Easter etc.

We provide full ingredients lists for all our bakes and any allergens will also be marked on the cake boxes.  Most of our bakes can also be made gluten free, for which we use a separate work table and utensils.

How will you receive your order?

We deliver our wholesale orders free of charge locally using our own driver.

Our current delivery days are;

Tuesday – Derby & Leicester

Wednesday – Nottingham & Mansfield

We work with a local delivery company called V Delivery.  Our driver typically collects from us between 9.30am – 10am so your order should be with you before lunchtime on your delivery day.

Please note that we only supply wholesale bakes locally to the listed areas.  If your business is further afield, you are welcome to come and collect your orders but we cannot organise shipping beyond our local area.

How does wholesale ordering work?

As a small business we understand that things can be changeable, therefore we try to be as flexible as possible and there is no commitment for you to order every week.

Orders are taken via our online store.  You are welcome to browse the store and order online at your own convenience.  The order deadline is Saturday at 6pm each week.  This gives us enough time to organise our baking schedule to make sure that you get your items on time.  We just have a £30 minimum order requirement.

Some of our stockists prefer to order every week and other order in bulk once a month and freeze the items until they are needed.

How do you pay for your orders?

Our easy to use online checkout allows you to pay for your bakes as you order.  This saves time and paperwork for both you and us.  No need to wait for invoices and your order confirmation receipt will be emailed automatically.

We take payment via debit/credit card and PayPal.
